Weight loss challenge On January 27th I will be kicking off an 8 week weight loss challenge. What this will include; • Weekly weigh ins (Saturday am) • 4 weekly body measurements (Saturday am) • Nutrition advice (I don’t set meal plans but I will give you ideas) • Help and support through a private Facebook group • 3 Boot Camp sessions per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) • Daily home mini workouts. The cost of this challenged will need to be paid upfront as your commitment to the challenge. In return I will commit to delivering results, and I will be there to support you through every step of the way with my knowledge and passion. Please contact me for more details.
