Anyone signing up to have a 1-1 Personal Training session will be offered a consultation where I can;
I offer Mobile Personal Training which will be one-on-one training at your home or nearest park / beach / location of your choosing.
Group sessions are also available where you can train with a friend for a reduced cost. Ask for more details.
I will travel but this will incur extra cost (Within East Auckland is free).
PAIRED / PARTNERED TRAINING (max 3 people)
Partner up & Share the fun and the load with friends, family or work colleagues, can be both fun and challenging. By working out together, everyone can achieve more.
- Carry out health checks,
- Discuss and set your goals,
- Take body size and weight measurements,
- Discuss and agree session days, times and durations,
- Discuss what we will do to achieve your goals,
- Then; Reassessments will be carried out at agreed intervals so we can measure the success your hard work will deliver.
- (Consultation’s lasts approximately 1 hour - $50)
Personal Training sessions with me can be focussed on; - Weight loss,
- Muscle toning,
- Muscle growth,
- Strength and conditioning,
- Sporting goals,
- Nutrition Advice and planning,
- General fitness, running and soccer specific training.
